This stock is related to IVN, same owners give or take but this is coal, not copper and gold. Again a nice triangle but the thrust does not seem to be complete, it needs a 4 and 5. If there is a triangle this stock should return to $9 over time. The RSI is moving into oversold territory and the MACD is up for over a year. Ask your broker!
